If you are a client of our law firm, we will seek to comply with any verifiable request for deletion. However, pursuant to our obligations under the North Carolina, Minnesota, and New York ethical rules governing lawyers practicing in these states, we are obligated to retain sufficient information on parties we have represented or opposed, in order to assess whether new matters brought to the firm would cause a conflict of interest. We will only retain such Personal Information to the extent necessary to perform conflict of interest checks.
